Admission Process
At Brainyville International School, we strive to make the enrollment process as straightforward as possible. Follow these simple steps to enroll your child in our school.

Step 1: Enquiry and Expression of Interest
Parents can make a physical or virtual enquiry and express their interest in enrolling their child. Our admissions officer will confirm the availability of space.

Step 2: Purchase and Completion of Registration Form
Parents or guardians purchase and complete the registration form.

Step 3: Entry Assessment
The child is invited for an entry assessment (where applicable) to determine their competency level at the point of entry.

Step 4: Assessment Feedback
Feedback on the outcome of the assessment is provided via message or a meeting with the potential scholar and parents.

Step 5: Offer of Admission and Acceptance
An offer of admission is extended by the school and accepted by the parents.

Step 6: Payment of Fees
Payment of all relevant fees is required. Please note that fees paid are non-refundable.

Step 7: Induction Evening
An induction evening is held for both the scholar and parents by a school representative, including familiarization with school policies and the code of conduct.

Step 8: First Day Reception
A special first day reception is organized by the faculty, with a welcome surprise in the scholar’s new class.
Note:
If any gaps are observed during the assessment, we will partner with parents to address these through a personalized learning plan.
A scholar is considered a bona fide student of Brainyville International School only after relevant fees have been paid and an admission number assigned.
